Terms and Condition for Service

Do you charge a higher premium for Holiday's?  

Yes holiday bookings are subject to a higher rate.

We understand that when your event is happening and in the moment that you don't want to stop the flow of the party.

Not a problem we will gladly stay past the agreed service time at a rate of $100 per hour.

When The Nomadic Mixologist is hired to work an event, we are responsible to control the alcohol and ensure that the guests are served safely and responsibly. Only adults age 21 or older with proper ID will be served alcoholic beverages. All bartenders have extensive training and are well versed in the signs of intoxication.

Our bartenders cannot allow guests to self-serve alcoholic beverages and we cannot leave any alcohol unattended. If a guest appears to be intoxicated or exhibits signs of impairment, our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service.

Individuals will be “cut off” or refused to be served an alcoholic beverage if they appear to be intoxicated or if they are getting alcoholic beverages for minors or individuals who have already been “cut off”.

Our bartenders will notify responsible host if in their professional judgement deem that the overall safety and well-being of the guests is in question. If the responsible host requests that a guest be “cut off” or the bar shut down completely, our bartenders will comply immediately.

“Last Call” should be done 15 minutes prior to the bar(s) closing.Only (1) drink may be given per guest after last call ( for events that are larger than 100 guests). We believe that this simply encourages intoxication quickly and isn’t in the best interest of our clients.

It is the clients responsibility to secure permits if they are required by the facility that is hosting their event Ie; Country Club, Apartment Club House, Banquet Hall etc. If your event is being catered for food , sometimes this can be done through your catering company.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking our services.Your remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. We don’t offer payment plans. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Gratuity may be given at your discretion. If you would not like a tip jar at your event this can be pre-arranged or you may tip the Bartenders directly in cash, or include a gratuity amount for the staff if you’d like.

As stated on the website, our pricing package doesn’t include alcohol. You will need to purchase any alcohol that you would like for your event.We will provide a complete consultation that will pinpoint exactly how much alcohol you need to purchase for the event that you are holding. 

We are fully licensed in the state of Nevada. We carry a liquor liability policy and a general liability policy. If you require an additional rider, this can be arranged at an additional cost to you through the insurance company however this is extremely rare.

We do prefer to hook up to the location electricity if required for the use of equipment. If your location for your event doesn’t have power provided, a generator can be provided for and extra charge of $100 if needed.

The Nomadic Mixologist LLC reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation would the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions, The Nomadic Mixologist LLC compensation will not be affected if the operation is ended and no refunds be issued.

Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment owned by The Nomadic Mixologist LLC caused by misuse or the equipment by the client or guests, theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood, or earthquake), loss of power or power surges.

The Nomadic Mixologist LLC and our staff are not responsible for any broken and or lost items during the course of the event. The Nomadic Mixologist LLC liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

Our Bar’s require flat ground for setup and service and clear access for setup and breakdown. If your event is located somewhere without electricity and your package requires electricity for equipment, a generator will be added to your package cost at a fee of $100.
